The ideal candidate should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. He/She should have at least 5 years in sales and business development in marketing agencies and should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
• Source new partnerships and sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• identify new prospects.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Developing goals for business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Establish contact with new business opportunities establishing rapport and setting up meetings.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients and negotiating sales contracts.
• Develop all processes and tools for customer implementation life-cycle and identify all defects and provide an efficient interface.
• Planning and preparing presentations.
• Overseeing the development of marketing initiatives.
• Providing management with feedback and writing reports.
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
• Researching the needs of other companies and who makes decisions about purchasing.
