Role Overview:


Business Development Engineer, you will be the primary driver of new business in the fit‑out segment. Drawing on your robust industry connections and market insights, you’ll generate qualified leads, craft winning business strategies, and leverage cutting‑edge AI and SEO tactics to strengthen the company’s competitive edge.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

Identify and engage high‑value prospects across commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit‑out sectors.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM best practices.

  • Strategic Planning & Execution

Design and refine business development strategies tailored to the UAE fit‑out market.

Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns, leveraging AI tools for prospect segmentation.

  • Digital Growth & Analytics

Harness SEO techniques to boost online visibility and capture inbound leads.

Utilize AI‑powered analytics to track market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive benchmarking.

  • Market Intelligence & Reporting

Provide actionable insights and data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Monitor KPIs—lead conversion rates, sales cycle length, and revenue performance—and optimize processes accordingly.

  • Client Relationship Management

Act as a trusted advisor to clients with a design background, understanding clients needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Maintain ongoing relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years in business development or sales engineering and experience as design engineer within the UAE fit‑out industry.


  • Industry Network: Established relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and suppliers in the Dubai fit‑out ecosystem will be preferred.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.


  • Digital Savvy: Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven sales/marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot AI, Salesforce Einstein) and SEO best practices.


  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret market data, conduct competitive analyses, and translate insights into growth strategies.


  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


  • Proactivity & Resilience: Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments and adapts quickly to changing market dynamics.
