About the Role:

We are looking for Senior Business & Data Analysts with deep subject matter expertise in the financial industry, specifically in areas such as wholesale loans/lending, capital markets, finance, or risk reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data requirements and identify relevant data sources for consolidation and distribution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work closely with the technology team to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
• Review and align logical and conceptual data models with business requirements.
• Support production deployments and investigate any data quality or completeness issues.
• Engage in data tracing/lineage efforts and support data accuracy initiatives.
• Create clear documentation including process flows, business models, and functional designs.
• Validate solution implementations to ensure alignment with defined requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in the financial domain (wholesale lending, capital markets, finance, or risk reporting).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database querying.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to create detailed process flows and business models.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in data tracing/lineage and understanding of logical and physical data models.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python is a plus (at least one candidate should possess this skill).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
