Title: Senior Business/ Data Analyst (Healthcare) -W2 only
Location: Hybrid - Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in healthcare clinical data and experience in Data Warehouse projects, particularly using ETL tools such as SSIS. This role requires a candidate who can work directly with business users to gather requirements, run end-to-end business processes, and execute complex SQL queries to extract and process data. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and execution of ETL processes using SSIS to support Data Warehouse operations.
• Collaborate closely with business users to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
• Execute complex SQL queries to identify and retrieve the required data to support business processes and decision-making.
• Oversee end-to-end business processes, ensuring that data flows accurately and efficiently from source to destination.
• Analyze healthcare clinical data to extract insights that support business decisions, ensuring high-quality data standards and accuracy.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing ETL workflows and data structures.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data into reporting systems and dashboards.
• Develop and deliver data reports, metrics, and visualizations that provide actionable insights for business users.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• At least 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on healthcare clinical data and Data Warehouse projects.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write and execute complex queries to extract, manipulate, and process data.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools, particularly SSIS.
• Experience working with business users to gather and document business requirements, ensuring data solutions meet their needs.
• Proven ability to run and manage end-to-end business processes.
• Familiarity with healthcare data regulations and standards (HIPAA, HL7, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cloud data platforms(Azure) is a plus.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI .
