• Offering Product Models & specs
• Product offerings
• P/S/R catalogs and specifications
• Report on Completed deliverables

Activities

• Analysis of existing process structure involved in product rollout
• Analysis & Recommendation of the process to manage the Product Type, Model, families and Portfolios
• Definition of the to-be process for offering rollout and product lifecycle management
• Maintain a centralized repository for reference Product-technical models
• Assess Catalog Landscape: Evaluate existing catalogs in the Production Layer (Products,Service and Resource Management)
• Development of the P/S/R catalogs , templates and specifications
• Detailed on the product attributes and dependencies
• Create a strategy and process for onboarding the Catalog Management
• Creation of P-S-R catalogs in the existing Catalogs,SOM,COM systems
• Define the P/S/R Inventory handling process across the systems
