Position : Salesforce Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Ownership: Break down high-level business needs into detailed, actionable requirements that drive product development.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work effectively with multiple teams within complex software ecosystems to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Analytical Thinking: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to manage dependencies and navigate architectural complexities.
• Stakeholder Management: Align technical and business teams while managing competing priorities to ensure project success.
• Agile & Scrum: Apply hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and iterative development to enhance team productivity.
• User Story Mapping & Detailing: Create and write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows to guide development efforts.
• User Journeys: Analyze and create user journeys to ensure an optimal product experience for our customers.
• Communication: Articulate requirements clearly through excellent verbal and written communication skills to drive alignment among stakeholders.
• Customer Feedback Management: Handle and prioritize customer ideas, feature requests, and defects to continuously improve our products.
• End-to-End Release Cycle: Understand the entire software release lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-release monitoring.
• Tools: Utilize tools such as JIRA, Aha!, Confluence, UX design tools, and data visualization tools to manage projects effectively.
• Technical Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integrations, particularly in Salesforce, ERP systems, and billing systems.

Qualifications:

• Hands on experience of minimum 5+ years into Business Analyst role
• Proven experience as Sr Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in managing product backlogs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ERP systems, billing systems, and services and sales domains is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
