Summary Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their Commercial Operations IT team. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to define and implement technology solutions. * Analyze business processes and translate user needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. * Lead the implementation and optimization of systems within Commercial Operations, ensuring they support strategic goals. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and recommend improvements. * Manage system testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure functionality aligns with business and compliance requirements. * Monitor and maintain regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GxP) across systems and workflows. * Apply Agile and SDLC methodologies to guide project activities and solution delivery. * Use ALM tools to manage project documentation, track progress, and support quality assurance. Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role. * Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is required. * Strong understanding of SOX compliance, GxP, and ITGC controls. * Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. * Experience working across cross-functional teams and external vendors. * Familiarity with Veeva CRM and commercial sales processes. * Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, and data platforms including MDM, Data Lake, Databricks, and Informatica. * Strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. * Experience using Business Process Modeling tools and creating process documentation. * Proficient in using ALM tools to manage requirements, testing, and project tracking. * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
