Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – CRM

Location: Full Remote (Toronto/EST preferred)

Contract Type: Full-time Contract

Duration: 6 Months (with potential for extension)

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in business analysis, documentation and stakeholder management. Experience with CRM related projects is required in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and manage cross-functional collaboration
• Support solution design and ensure alignment with business goals
• Act as a liaison between business (sales, marketing, customer care) and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Support testing, training, and implementation planning phases

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience leading requirements gathering sessions
• Experience with CRM projects
• Excellent documentation and communication skills (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, etc.)
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote setting
