Senior Business Analyst
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for, Benchmarking Financial Reports & Enhancing AdaptHealth's Financial Systems. The individual in this role will participate in both system implementations and administrative tasks. The individual will trouble-shoot issues and partner with Finance & Technology to evaluate, develop, and implement new functionality to ensure the users are leveraging technologies to the fullest.
Job Duties:
* Participate in the design, deployment, and administration of capabilities within Oracle Cloud (ERP, EPM, FDI, etc.)
* Perform benchmarking procedures in the maintenance of Key Reports for SOX compliance purposes, including the documentation and annotation of reports and SQL queries ensuring Completeness & Accuracy
* Maintains Change Control procedures for application and reporting changes in relation to benchmarking activity
* Manage and document application testing after each upgrade release and in support of enhancement activity
* Manage application controls administration and related documentation
* Participate in the development of solutions to financial business problems and enable the organization to effectively employ technology to improve decision making and operational performance
* Provides training and assistance to users to enable the organization to fully leverage system capabilities
* Assists with developing project plans for deployment of new technology
* Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and new technologies impacting the Financial Systems function
* Ensures that team initiatives and activities remain aligned with the organization's culture and objectives
* Maintains patient confidentiality and functions within the guidelines of HIPAA
* Completes assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required
* Maintains compliance with AdaptHealth's Compliance Program

* Solid ability to learn new technologies and possess the technical aptitude required to understand flow of data through systems as well as system interaction
* Expertise supporting or implementing Oracle Planning tools like Enterprise Resource Management (ERP), Narrative Reporting, and/or Enterprise Planning Management (EPM)
* Experience in supporting or implementing Oracle reporting capabilities, including Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
* Expertise in reporting and dashboarding, including both writing and documenting SQL-based and App-based reports
Requirements
Minimum Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or Business required
* Five (5) years of business analyst experience in the Durable Medical Equipment industry or a related industry experience required?
* Experience with data management and governance processes and practices
* Experience with Oracle OTBI & SQL is required
* Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, & FDI is a plus
