Lead the Future of AI Transformation at CFA Institute
Are you passionate about driving innovation through emerging AI technologies? CFA Institute is looking for a strategic, collaborative, and forward-thinking Senior Business Analyst, AI Transformation to join our Strategic Operations team. In this role, you'll spearhead efforts to explore, evaluate, and implement AI-powered solutions that transform how we work-enhancing efficiency, learning, and decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do
* Analyze and Improve Business Processes (20%)
Identify AI-driven transformation opportunities by assessing current workflows. Develop and document detailed business and functional requirements.
* Discover and Evaluate AI Solutions (20%)
Lead research and pilot projects to assess the feasibility and ROI of AI tools and platforms, translating technical capabilities into real-world business value.
* Collaborate Across Teams to Enable Change (20%)
Act as a bridge between technical experts, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure AI solutions are aligned with organizational strategy and stakeholder needs.
* Design Learning and Drive Adoption (40%)
Develop engaging, learner-focused training (especially within Canvas) to empower staff with new AI capabilities. Champion adoption through effective instructional design and change management best practices.
What You'll Bring
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning science, or a related field
* Experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot)
* Proven experience with MS Copilot, OpenAI, Lumen 5, ElevenLabs, Articulate RISE
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with global teams
* High level of professional maturity and stakeholder engagement experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Deep enthusiasm for AI innovation and emerging technologies
* Experience designing and delivering interactive, digital learning experiences
* Familiarity with organizational change management and user adoption strategies
* Consulting experience or prior role in digital transformation initiatives

Expected salary range: $100,000 - $115,000 annually
Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives, 12% pension employer contribution, and competitive medical benefits.
