Experience Level: 4+ years in Blockchain Development

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on the Aptos blockchain using the Move programming language, facilitating property tokenization, fractional ownership, and rental yield distribution.

• Integrate blockchain components with off-chain systems, ensuring seamless interaction between the platform and underlying blockchain infrastructure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend and backend developers, to implement end-to-end solutions.

• Design core DeFi components (staking, LPs, yield strategies, cross-chain bridges)

• Conduct code reviews, security audits, and performance optimizations to ensure the robustness and efficiency of smart contracts.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technology, particularly within the Aptos and BASE ecosystems, to inform architectural decisions and feature implementations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in blockchain development, with a strong portfolio of deployed smart contracts.

• Proficiency in the Move programming language and experience developing on the Aptos blockchain is a plus.

• Thorough knowledge and experience with Ethereum, Solidity, Rust, Substrate, Cosmos SDK, and EVM-compatible chains.

• Experience with IPFS for decentralized file storage and integration.

• Familiarity with DeFi: liquidity, tokenomics, swaps, and staking

• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, and security best practices.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, TypeScript, or Go.

• Experience with integrating blockchain solutions into web applications, particularly within the MERN stack team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tokenization platforms or similar asset-backed blockchain projects.

• Familiarity with BASE, a secure, highly scalable layer-2 blockchain powered by Coinbase.

• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or active participation in blockchain developer communities.

• Understanding of legal and regulatory considerations in blockchain-based transactions.
