Grid Dynamics is seeking a Senior Big Data and MLOps Architect to lead major engagements with Fortune 1000 clients and drive the development of data engineering, MLOps, and LLMOps across the USA, Europe, and Asia. This role requires a thought leader with deep expertise in Big Data platforms, AI/ML, and cloud architectures, who can provide strategic guidance, drive consulting engagements, and develop reusable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Solution Strategy: Advise clients on data strategies, platforms, AI/ML/LLMOps, and the tools needed to accelerate Big Data and AI initiatives. Provide business value estimates and justifications.
• Consulting Leadership: Lead technology consulting engagements, pre-sales, architecture assessments, and discovery workshops. Drive data engineering, MLOps, and LLMOps programs for Fortune 1000 enterprises, managing a team of principal consultants, data engineers, and ML engineers.
• Practice Development: Mentor senior technologists, develop consulting methodologies and playbooks, and manage relationships with technology partners and industry analysts
• Technology Strategy: Develop reusable assets in data engineering, MLOps, IoT, and Customer 360 to reduce costs, accelerate delivery, and create differentiation. Collaborate with marketing and sales to bring solutions to market.
• Delivery Execution: Ensure efficient data platforms and data management processes, continuously improving quality and efficiency.
  
  

Requirements

• Extensive practical experience in Big Data engineering, data governance, and cloud data platforms.
• Strong expertise with at least one cloud platform and familiarity with other two: GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Extensive practical experience in AI/ML platforms, MLOps, LLMOps, and corresponding tooling including open-source, cloud native, and proprietary.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures for data collection, data aggregation, reporting, and BI.
• Experience in managing and delivering sophisticated analytical and data engineering programs at the enterprise scale.
• Deep domain knowledge in at least one of the following industries: Finance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Energy, or Travel. Experience with IoT and/or Customer 360 solutions.
• Experience with leading teams of senior technologists, willingness and ability to drive the practice development, pre-sales collaboration, and delivery in a consulting environment.
• Managed key client relations worldwide and advised global technology and business leaders on innovation and data strategy.
