Senior BI Developer – Inxite Out

This will be a senior-level role that requires expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions using Tableau and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Solution Development and Strategy:
• Design and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and create scalable BI solutions.
• Optimize SQL queries and database structures for efficient data visualization.
• Data Integration and Management:
• Integrate multiple data sources into Tableau for unified reporting.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance in reporting systems.
• Leadership and Collaboration:
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in data visualization and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BI solutions with business objectives.
• Provide actionable insights and advanced analytics to support strategic decisions.
• Technical Expertise:
• Implement best practices for Tableau dashboards, focusing on security, performance, and governance.
• Expertise in Calculated Fields and Table Calculations.
• Leverage advanced Tableau features like LOD expressions, parameter actions, and data blending for complex solutions.
• Documentation and Training:
• Document workflows and processes to facilitate efficient knowledge sharing.
• Train and support end-users to maximize BI tool adoption.
  
  

The Right Candidate Will

• Have 5+ years of experience in BI development with expertise in Tableau and SQL.
• Be proficient in designing visually compelling Tableau dashboards and writing advanced SQL queries.
• Have a strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and database optimization.
• Be familiar with data governance, security, and performance best practices.
• Have experience working with large datasets and diverse data sources (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift).
• Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
