Committed to excellence, the firm continues to invest in best-in-class business development and client development operations and is seeking a Senior BD Manager to join its global BD and marketing team.

Please note - this role can be based in multiple US cities including New York, Boston, Washington DC, Chicago, Austin, Houston, San Francisco, Los Angeles and others.

Reporting directly to the Chief Business Development Officer, the Senior BD Manager will play a critical role in establishing an effective BD strategy. The Senior BD Manager will collaborate with lawyers to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including targeting prospective clients, expanding existing client relationships, and raising the firm’s profile in target industry sectors and geographies. This role will work closely with practice groups, partners, and marketing teams to support the pitch and RFP process, secure relevant speaking, sponsorship, and writing opportunities for partners, and deploying communications strategies to raise the firm’s profile in target segments, supporting partners in cultivating a pipeline of business development targets.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a track record of delivering exceptional BD strategies. Experience within the legal sector or related professional services is required, and this individual must bring a deep understanding of litigation and arbitration.
