Salary Range negotiable depending on experience: $130,000-$160,000 Annually

Job Description

A key client of mine is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes and ensure quality in their battery manufacturing operations

Key Responsibilities

• Process Development: Design and optimize battery cell manufacturing processes, including electrode coating and assembly
• Production Oversight: Monitor daily operations of battery production lines to ensure compliance with schedules and quality standard
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures, including electrochemical testing and performance evaluations, to ensure battery reliability
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve manufacturing issues related to cell formation, electrolyte filling, and safety protocol
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for process enhancements, such as yield optimization and cost reductions, while ensuring compliance with environmental regulation

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or a related fie
• Experience in battery manufacturing preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
