We’re looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Spring Boot, FFI, and Kotlin. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building secure, efficient, and reliable backend solutions that integrate into microservices architectures, while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Spring Boot, FFI, and Kotlin, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
• Microservices Architecture: Implement and enhance microservices, ensuring modularity, maintainability, and efficient service communication.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with engineering, product, and architecture teams to translate business needs into robust backend solutions.
• Technical Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead PoC projects to validate backend solutions’ feasibility, working with internal and external teams.
• Cybersecurity Integration: Apply secure coding practices to ensure backend systems comply with cybersecurity standards and address emerging threats.
• Demand-Driven Design (DDD): Utilize DDD and hexagonal architecture patterns to build scalable and maintainable backend applications.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of backend development experience with a strong focus on Spring Boot, FFI, and Kotlin.
• Backend Development: Deep expertise in building scalable, secure backend systems using microservices architecture.
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices.
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): In-depth knowledge of SDLC, including secure development processes and continuous integration/deployment.
• Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying technical challenges and providing effective backend solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
