• Role: Senior Backend Engineer (with DevOps skills)
• Location: Remote – Worldwide (must overlap 4+ hours/day with Eastern Time)
  
  

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong DevOps experience to lead the infrastructure and backend systems behind our AI-first B2B platform. You’ll work on core APIs, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and performance at scale.

What You’ll Work On

• Building and scaling APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Designing and managing cloud infrastructure on Azure
• Owning CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and system monitoring
• Leading architecture and infrastructure decisions across backend systems
• Ensuring performance, security, and reliability at scale
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Python and modern web frameworks (ideally FastAPI)
• Solid knowledge of Azure cloud services and deployments
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform)
• Comfortable taking ownership of backend systems and DevOps processes
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with AI/ML platforms or event-driven architecture
• Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
• Exposure to messaging systems like Kafka or Redis Streams
