What You’ll Be Doing

• Design & build scalable, resilient back-end services using Java, and Spring Boot.
• Enhance platform reliability with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP).
• Collaborate on AI-powered projects, applying innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
• Influence best practices & architectural decisions across engineering teams.
• Work across the stack when needed (occasional front-end work, but backend is the focus).
  
  
  

What You’ll Bring

✅ 8+ years of Java/Kotlin development experience (backend or full stack).

✅ Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, microservices, and scalable architectures.

✅ Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP and Kubernetes.

✅ Passion for high-quality code, performance, and engineering best practices.

✅ Ability to drive technical improvements and mentor engineers without formal management.
