We're currently seeking a Senior Backend Engineer who has a proven track record of building and scaling sophisticated, reliable, and user-friendly systems. In this critical role, you'll ensure our product not only adheres to the highest technical standards but also perfectly aligns with our long-term goals and addresses our users' needs. Your contributions will be crucial in advancing our platform and prioritizing the creation of innovative solutions that enable our customers to thrive.

Responsibilities

• Breaking down complex problem statements into actionable tasks for quick iteration and innovation.
• Being comfortable switching between different parts of our stack: Application backend, and Data infrastructure.
• Keeping Syft services reliable and scalable.
• Driving technical excellence and innovation, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Delivering high-quality, efficient, reusable, and reliable code with automated tests for maintenance and confidence in our releases.
  
  

Requirements

• Backend / Full-stack developers with 6 years of experience.
• Technically proficient individual contributors with a strong focus on speed, simplicity, performance, and security.
• Experience with Cloud (AWS) operations and running one or more high-availability services is required.
• Experience working with database technologies, specifically Postgres, with additional experience in ML Ops is beneficial.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging tools.
