We're building an advanced AI platform for designers — a tool that's already powering creative workflows for millions of users across globe. The team is small (35 people in the company), fast-moving, and engineering-driven (backend team - 4 people).

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with solid Golang skills and hands-on DevOps experience to join us in scaling our infrastructure and shipping high-impact features.

• Build and launch new backend features and microservices in Golang
• Design scalable, event-driven architectures
• Own and maintain our Kubernetes-based production infrastructure in Azure
• Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions
• Ensure high reliability, monitoring, and security in a multi-service environment
• Participate in on-call rotation (every other week)
• Collaborate closely with world-class engineers in a fast-paced startup

• Languages: Golang
• Databases: PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, OpenSearch
• Infrastructure: Azure, Kubernetes, Docker
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions
• Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger

• 5+ years of backend experience, including Golang in production
• Solid DevOps expertise: Kubernetes, CI/CD, system monitoring
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and security
• Ownership mindset and ability to operate in a fast-changing environment
• Willingness to join an on-call rotation

• Experience with high-load systems
• Background in event-based architectures
• Interest in graphics or rendering systems
• Olympiad or research achievements
