We strive to be an employer of choice! **Senior Azure Data - Solution Architect** **Redmond, WA (no remote or relocation)** **FT / Direct hiring with benefits** Our team is looking to add Sr. Azure Data Solution Architect to our existing global team. **Skill requirement:** + In-depth knowledge of Azure dataservices such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Databases, Azure SynapseAnalytics, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Analysis Services, and Power BI. + Proficiency in programminglanguages like SQL, Pyspark, Python, C#. + Experience working with dataarchitecture, data engineering, and database management on Azure datatechnologies. + Strong understanding andimplementation experience with data architecture principles, includingdata modeling, data integration, data warehousing, and data governance. + Proficiency in designing andimplementing scalable data solutions in Azure is crucial. + Familiarity with data securitybest practices, data privacy regulations (such as GDPR), and experiencein implementing data access controls and encryption mechanisms in Azureis highly desirable. + Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills are necessary to analyze complex datarequirements, identify data-related issues, and provide optimalsolutions. **Job responsibilities:** + Prepare and demonstratearchitectural designs at scale, technical specifications, andimplementation plans to stakeholders and technical teams + Design, develop, and implementend-to-end solutions using Azure Data services. + Collaborate with stakeholders tounderstand their business requirements and translate them into technicalspecifications. + Create architectural designs andprovide guidance for data storage, data integration, data processing, anddata analysis using Azure Data services. + Develop and maintain datamodels, data schemas, and data dictionaries. + Implement data governance, datasecurity, and data privacy practices in Azure Data solutions. + Optimize data storage, dataprocessing, and data analysis techniques to ensure high performance andscalability. + Establish and implement bestpractices for data ingestion, data transformation, and data enrichment. + Monitor and troubleshoot datapipelines, data workflows, and data integration processes. + Collaborate with data engineers,data analysts, and other team members to ensure successful data solutionimplementation. + Conduct performance tuning,capacity planning, and disaster recovery planning for Azure Datasolutions. + Stay up to date with the latestAzure Data services, tools, and technologies, and evaluate theirapplicability to the organization-s data architecture. + Provide mentorship and guidanceto junior data architects and team members. + Collaborate withcross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall data andtechnology strategies. + Continuously assess and improvethe organization-s data architecture and recommend enhancements tooptimize data management processes. **Minimum education qualification:** + Bachelor's Degree **Life at Sogeti - We support all aspects ofyour well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
