What You'll Do

• Design, develop and execute automated and test scripts, test cases, and test suites using industry-standard automation tools and technologies
• Identify, perform root cause analysis, document and track software defects and performance issues and work closely with the related teams to fix them (QA, Dev, PM) to ensure that products meet quality standards
• Carrying out performance/load testing for N-able products, including analyzing and discussing requirements, setting up test environment, planning, and running tests, and analyzing test results
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents
• Propose test-ability improvements and identify design issues
• Create detailed reports on testing results, including analysis and recommendations
• Research new testing tools and methodologies to optimize and to improve performance and automation testing process
  
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Solid knowledge of the QA processes, techniques, testing concepts, methodologies
• Hands-on experience testing REST services
• Hands-on experience working with Postman or similar
• Experience in troubleshooting issues and root cause detection
• Experience working with relational databases (strong SQL knowledge)
• Knowledge with automation/load testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, K6, etc.) or similar
• Experience with AWS services (SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, etc.) or similar Cloud services is a plus
