Job Description

As an senior automation engineer at Nokia, you will design and implement innovative RPA solutions that boost efficiency and optimize business performance. Perform verifiability and risk analysis to ensure robustness in automation solutions.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • You will select and implement the right automation tools for optimal service delivery.
  • You will build and lead the regional Customer Engineering (CE) network automation center of excellence.
  • You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and manual testers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • You will develop use case analysis, scenario determination, and sequence diagrams for architecture design.

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 10 to 15 years of work experience.
  • Experience in unix environments as an admin/root user, ensuring optimal performance of services like DNS, NFS, SSH, and more.
  • Experience in virtualization technologies utilizing KVM and Docker, streamlining operations and deployments.
  • Experience in implementing networking solutions at Layers 2 and 3, ensuring robust communication between switches and routers.
  • Experience with scripting languages to automate network tasks and processes.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience in administering various Unix services like FTP, DHCP, and HTTP.
  • Proficiency in container orchestration and management tools beyond Docker.
