We are seeking a Senior Automation & Controls Project Engineer to lead capital projects, drive process improvements, and integrate new technologies in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design, execution, and commissioning of capital projects.
• Provide project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement new automation and control technologies.
• Support day-to-day business improvements and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners on engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• Level 8 qualification (or Level 6 with significant experience) in Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of automation experience in healthcare or life sciences.
• Expertise in IT systems, networking, cybersecurity, PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and MES systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards (UL, CE, GAMP, 21 CFR 11).
• Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and relational databases.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
