Responsibilities Include:
Developing audit plans based on case requirements
Reviewing and analyzing data and documents to discover discrepancies against the standard
Identifying potential improvements for QA processes and programmatic audits
Maintaining quality audit databases aligned with needs and expected metrics
Facilitating and providing input for ongoing improvements in the audit process
Providing a clear and communicative audit report with findings for each case
Performing other duties as required.
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business or a related field, or a combination of experience and education
2-5 years of audit experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Word. Ability to sort and compare data between spreadsheets
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to accurately monitor systems and examine large volumes of data are required
Ability to learn and use proprietary database software and export reports into Excel for purposes of conducting audits
Familiarity and/or ability to learn SQL (Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio) to extract data from a SQL database
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment—proven experience simultaneously managing a high volume of projects, working independently, and meeting tight deadlines.
Superior critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making to meet project goals.
Exceptional communication skills—excellent oral and written communication, and presentation skills
Willingness to learn and collaborate with colleagues and other teams.
Salary Range: $70,000 to $90,000 based upon experience
