Senior Audio Visual Tech (Contract)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Audio Visual Technician to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining audio-visual systems for various events, ensuring seamless operation and high-quality media presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement audio-visual solutions for seminars and events.
• Install and maintain media equipment, including Q-Sys and DANTE systems.
• Set up and operate live streaming and digital signage solutions.
• Manage Zoom Rooms and ensure optimal performance of Zoom and other conferencing tools.
• Collaborate with event coordinators to determine AV requirements and provide technical support during events.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment and software.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Audio Visual Technician, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, including Q-Sys, DANTE, and digital signage technology.
• Familiarity with Zoom, Google, Loom, Keynote, and other presentation tools.
• NEAT Hardware experience a huge plus!
• Experience with live streaming setups and troubleshooting.
• Ability to design and implement AV systems for various environments.
• Certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) are a plus.
