— Being well-versed with project requirements, objectives and research reference terms in coordination other verticals such as sales, client account management, operations etc.

— Interviewing members of the public/ government departments and community members, as required

— Using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to deduce key insights

— Analyzing and interpreting data from field to devise strategies for better project execution

— Collaborating with senior leadership to understand business strategies and build a team that can the organizational goals
