Wissen Technology is now hiring Senior Associate I/II - Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Payroll and OTL)

We are looking for a Senior Associate I/II with 4 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, specializing in Payroll and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The successful candidate will have extensive experience in multiple implementations of these modules, with specific expertis e in US Payroll implementation. You will work closely with clients and project teams to configure, troubleshoot, and optimiz e Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules for Payroll and OTL based on customer requirements, documenting application setups.
• Lead the identification of business requirements, map them to HCM functionalities, and propose solutions for functionality gaps.
• Conduct client workshops, demos, and functional discussions to showcase the value of Oracle HCM Fusion solutions, tailoring demonstrations to specific client needs.
• Troubleshoot setup issues within the Payroll and OTL modules and provide functional resolutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
• Test and validate technical components, ensuring issues are resolved and finalized .
• Assist clients with executing test scripts and addressing issues throughout implementation phases.
• Develop training materials and documentation for end-users and system administrators to support the maintenance and operation of Fusion HCM solutions.
• Manage offshore deliverables for Payroll and OTL modules, ensuring timely project completion and alignment with client expectations.
• Lead discussions with onshore and offshore teams, including technical and functional consultants, to ensure client satisfaction.
• Act as a subject matter expert to architect, design, and implement various HCM modules, particularly Payroll and OTL.
• Configure workflows, security settings, and create OTBI reports to enhance module functionality.
• Engage in module personalization and customization as needed to meet business requirements.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly in Payroll and OTL modules.
• Experience in at least 4-5 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, including US Payroll implementations.
• Extensive experience configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business needs.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Global Human Resources.
• Experience in creating workflows, security setups, and OTBI reports.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation methodologies.
• Exposure to Oracle HCM modules beyond Payroll and OTL is a plus.
