About Your New Job

They are now seeking an architectural technician to join their Dublin studio.

If successful, you will gain exposure to working on all project stages, both in office and onsite across Lead the development of architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity and technical excellence.

You will lead the development of architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity and technical excellence and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and the design team to develop innovative solutions that improve building performance through efficient work practices.

Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Your duties will include:

• Working with clients and in-house teams to deliver projects across residential projects
• Creating detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit and BIM software, ensuring accuracy and clarity for construction teams.
• Ensuring that designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducting site visits and assessments to gather information, evaluate conditions, and ensure design feasibility.
• Identifying and resolving design or technical issues that arise during the design and construction phases.

What Skills You Need

A relevant qualification in architecture or architectural technology and experience in large residential projects preferred

Site experience is essential

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and autonomously

Have excellent technical knowledge of building construction and technical design skills

Full working proficiency in Autodesk Revit

Full knowledge of Irish Building Regulations

Previous experience working in teams and on multiple projects
