Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with extensive experience in trade show exhibit design, contractor management, project management, and client relations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining excellent client relationships. Proficiency in 3D software applications and graphics is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Trade Show Exhibit Design:

• Develop innovative and functional designs for trade show exhibits, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand identity.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, presenting design concepts and solutions effectively.

2) Contractor Management:

• Oversee and coordinate with contractors to ensure that all aspects of exhibit construction meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Manage contractor schedules and ensure compliance with project timelines.

3) Project Management:

• Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all elements are executed according to plan.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

4) Schedule Management:

• Create and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain project momentum.

5) End Client Relations:

• Foster strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project updates, progress, and any changes to clients effectively.

6)Project Organization and Control:

• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including design documents, budgets, and timelines.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all project elements meet high standards.

7) 3D Software and Graphics:

• Proficiently use 3D software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp) to create detailed designs and visualizations.
• Develop graphic design elements such as signage, labels, and informational panels that align with the overall design concept.
  

Requirements and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in trade show exhibit design, with experience in project management and contractor coordination.
