Role Description

Due to increased demand, a full-time on-site Senior Architect role located in Crows Nest, NSW has opened. The Senior Architect will be responsible for the architectural design, documentation and leading project teams. Your high level of documentation knowledge and construction documentation delivery skillset will revert to excellence in the built form. As an excellent communicator you will be able to deliver desired outcomes for all stakeholders on the project.

Qualifications

• Architectural Design experience through all phases from Concept, DA, SSDA, Tender packages and Construction Documentation and project delivery
• Highly skilled in Revit Documentation
• Motivate and Lead Project teams
• Liaise with Project Consultant team
• Review Tender packages and oversee shop drawing review and approvals
• Industrial sector documentation experience is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
