Qualifications

• Education: University degree in architecture.

• Minimum experience: 7 years of leading projects and architectural teams.

• Required software knowledge: AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Revit proficiency: Experience with Revit or willingness to learn it.

• Experience in FF&E (Furniture, Fittings, and Equipment).

• Skilled in selecting and applying materials effectively in interior design projects.

• Work experience on large-scale projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction regulations.

• Good knowledge of the English language(spoken and written).

• Effective planning and organization skills.

• Strong analytical skills, precision, and organizational abilities.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility for tasks.

• Managing and organizing a team of young architects

• Project management and supervision of construction works

• Coordination of works and communication with project collaborators

• Leading project planning and implementation

• Ongoing communication with clients and subcontractors

• Preparation of offers and tenders for project design

• Identification, coordination, and technical consultations with employees and subcontractors

• Monitoring finances and creating a dynamic activity plan for design projects

• Preparation of bills of quantities and cost estimates
