JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Architect will collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and provide engineering solutions. Ensure that all designs and drawings adhere to industry standards and regulations. In addition, he/she will oversee the drafting and modeling process, ensuring the timely completion of projects, also will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Duties:

• Implements specific architectural works by the work program of a project, or as requested.
• Organizes and supervises the work engineers allocated to him and provides support and/or advice to project teams, as applicable.
• Responsible for efficient and effective design of architectural works, preparation of drawings, contract documents, etc.
• Verifies that all designs, drawings and documents are to current codes and standards.
• Liaises as directed with consulting engineers, and/or contractors on all matters necessary for the implementation of the work program of the project.
• Undertakes special project assignments as required.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• 9 to 15 years of experience
• Excellent Revit / AutoCAD / BIM
• Advanced English Language
• Excellent communication and very good leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form.
• Excellent knowledge of Architectural design standards.
