Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect - Site to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site architectural aspects of our prestigious high-end projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee , monitor the execution of all architectural works on-site to ensure strict conformance with project documents and the quality manual.
• Efficiently address and resolve Requests for Information (RFIs) related to architectural aspects.
• Lead and manage the coordination process with other project disciplines (e.g., structural, MEP).

Requirements:

• Must be available to join Immediately.
• Proven and extensive experience with high-end projects, including luxury palaces, fit-outs, and hospitality projects.
• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Minimum of 7 to 12 years of direct site-based experience.
• Registered Engineer in Saudi engineering council

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong technical knowledge of exterior and interior details and materials.
