Develops and maintains the system architecture [SyAD] in terms of one or more software, mechanical and electrical elements with defined interfaces [HSI, [HwMI].(Guidance: software residing on separate MCU, DSP or FPGA should be considered as separate system components)
Ensures that the system architecture is consistent with stakeholder and system requirements in alignment with the P2 architecture and best practices, architecture rules etc.
Allocate system requirements to system design elements of the system architecture and document this in [SyAD]; ensure completeness of [SyAD]
Defines, details and maintains system internal interfaces of modules of the system architecture and documents this in the [SyAD]
Identifies design elements in the [SyAD] to be tested during system integration testing and aligns with System Integration Test engineers
Ensures Deployment of One function One spec for the System Element functions is done together with the Function owners.
Supports in HSI and HwMI specification (** No role in implementation, testing and reporting)
Analyses new and changed stakeholder and system requirements
Participates in reviews of the [SyAD], [HSI] and [HwMI] and follows-up on open findings
Participates in reviews of the system test plan together with the System Integration Test Engineer
Reacts on SIQ requests and to participate to SIQ meetings
Contributes to System Release Plan.
