About the Role

peckvonhartel is seeking an experienced Senior Architect (Associate Level) to play a key leadership role across a diverse range of projects.

We are expanding our team of highly skilled professionals in our Melbourne studio. This position requires strong project management expertise, leadership capability, and a deep understanding of quality assurance processes and architectural delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to manage multiple teams on large-on-large scale projects from initial briefing to completion.
• Exemplary project planning: resource modelling, programming and task allocation.
• Provide guidance on risk management, contract reviews, and stakeholder alignment throughout the delivery process.
• Exemplary client engagement skills with a keen interest in developing new client relationships.
• Experience in leading and managing project bids and presentations.

Key Requirements

• Registered Architect in Australia with 15+ years in architectural project delivery and management
• Proven experience working across large-scale residential, industrial, and aviation projects
