About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and a passion for creating innovative and sustainable designs. This role will involve managing projects, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the overall success of the firm.

Responsibilities:

·      Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.

·      Manage all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.

·      Prepare and present design proposals to clients, effectively communicating design concepts and solutions.

·      Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors.

·      Mentor and guide the team.

·      Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

·      Prepare and present design presentations to clients.

·      Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent degree.

·      9-12 years of professional experience in architecture and design.

·      Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.

·      Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.

·      Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·      Strong project management and organizational skills.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

·      Passion for design and a strong desire to create innovative and impactful projects.

Skills:

·      Technical Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling, MEPF knowledge, Structural understanding.

·      Soft Skills: Communication, Presentation, Teamwork, Leadership, Time Management, Problem-solving, Client Relationship Management.
