We enable #HumanFirstDIGITAL Role Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Application Developer / Technical Architecture Specialist to support the CLEAN Project. This role demands deep technical expertise in .NET technologies and enterprise application architecture. The consultant will lead the technical design and development process, ensuring business requirements align with system architecture, and will work collaboratively with executive sponsors, functional leads, and technical teams. You'll be responsible for (Responsibilities): *
  • Define and develop the system's overall technical and logical architecture. * Translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs. * Lead and perform code and design reviews, ensuring best practices and standards. * Collaborate with test and application teams to ensure successful integration and deployment. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving multiple stakeholders and technologies. * Establish and document technical standards, system architectures, and troubleshooting guides. * Drive performance tuning, capacity planning, and system reliability. * Maintain strong communication with team members, leadership, and external agencies. * Provide after-hours support when required. * Lead or participate in architecture review and strategic planning meetings. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (4-year degree mandatory). * 6+ years of broad experience in software development, including .NET-based coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. * 5+ years experience with: * .NET Framework (1.1 - 4.6.x), ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio * WCF Web Services, Web API, Object-Oriented Programming * Microsoft SQL Server (development, performance tuning, debugging) * Maintaining technical documentation * 2+ years with .NET Core and Web API * Experience with after-hours support responsibilities * Strong knowledge of development tools (TFS, CI/CD pipelines) and deployment processes * Experience in enterprise application operations, capacity planning, and performance monitoring * Solid understanding of design patterns, software architecture, and system integrations Preferred Skills: * Prior experience working with law enforcement or government agencies * Familiarity with TFS/Azure DevOps * Exposure to modern security practices and large-scale systems troubleshooting * Excellent communication, critical thinking, and independent problem-solving You'll have (Qualification & Experience): * Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
