About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Android Developer to join our on-site team in Cyprus and help build and scale our next-generation mobile betting application. This hands-on role requires deep technical expertise, strong personal discipline, and a commitment to quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness, particularly under high-load conditions
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of technical excellence
• Meet deadlines consistently, demonstrating punctuality, attention to detail, and personal accountability
• Deliver high-quality applications that are secure, reliable, and user-friendly

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional Android development experience
• Expert-level knowledge of Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Strong understanding of modern Android architecture and design principles
• Experience with real-time data, notifications, and mobile performance optimization
• Proficient in Git and version control workflows
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Russian is a strong advantage
• Must be legally authorized to work in Cyprus and available to work on-site
• No relocation or visa sponsorship is available

• Experience in fintech, betting, or transactional applications
• Familiarity with app security, data protection, and anti-fraud measures
