Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Analytic Software Developer located in Annapolis Junction, MD. The Senior Analytic Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions for data analytics and visualization. They will work on complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay updated on emerging technologies in the field.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Proficiency in software engineering, data analytics, and data visualization
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud computing
• Knowledge of data science methodologies and tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s degree plus 10 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Java and Python for analytics development
• Experience working with Jupyter Notebooks and MapReduce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a mission-driven environment
• Experience in the Intelligence Community or government contracting is a plus
