Position Summary
Responsible for day-to-day execution of the Issue Management program, as well as supporting design, implementation and operationalization of Enterprise Risk Acceptance program, including monitoring, reporting and providing QC/challenge.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day execution of the Issue Management program administration including, monitoring, reporting, follow up, and primary user contact/support.
- Continuously improve Issue Management program by transforming user feedback into system/program enhancements.
- Document/maintain processes documentation and procedures that support Issue Management and Risk Acceptance programs.
- Support the design and lead day-to-day execution of Enterprise Risk Acceptance program.
- Provide on-the-job training to program stakeholders as needed and create job aids, formal training, and other documentation supporting respective programs.
- Support the execution of the annual Enterprise Risk Assessment and Long-Range Plan Risk Assessment by coordinating templates, meeting schedules, documentation, and reports.
- Provides support for special projects and initiatives as appropriate.
Key Skills/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required. Advanced degree-Associates, Bachelors, Masters, etc. in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Ability to partner effectively across the organization and develop positive working relationships, including influencing others outside direct team to adhere to program expectations.
- Demonstrated conceptual thinking and analytical skills, including risk management principles
- Inquisitive nature, resourcefulness, and ability to seek out information.
- Ability to work independently in a continuously changing environment.
- Energetic and positive outlook.
- Advanced PC/system skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferred.
This role has a hybrid work schedule and can be based in our NYC, Jericho, Southington, Stamford, Rhode Island or Massachusetts.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000 USD to $115,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
