Summary

The Senior Database Marketing Analyst is responsible for execution, analysis and reporting of the direct mail channel. This role will act as liaison with external suppliers as well as internal partners. The ideal candidate must comfortablymanage a high volume and diverse workload with aggressive deadlines. We are seeking candidates local to the Ewing, NJ (Greater Philadelphia area), as we are required to work in office part-time. ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES and QUALIFICATIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Working with the Database Marketing Manager and Database Analystand other key members, execute Direct Mail campaigns on time according to published schedules. Provide support in assembling Mailing Instructions for outside printers to support on-time mailings. Work with all departments and team members to create and coordinate schedules and track all projects through the production process. Monitor issues within projects and assist in resolving project conflicts or issues. Manage all projects to ensure that the end result exceeds expectations. Assist in creation of Mailing Instructions (weekly by LOB) out of Portal providing outsourced printers with necessary information to execute campaigns. Become expert in understanding the data paths for lists coming into the Portal = Customer Portfolios= Printers. In addition, how this information is available to run response analysis reports once mailings are live. Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including ability to develop and manage project timelines. Ability to promptly absorb additional project(s) as delegated. Take lead on analysis projects that will lead to OCM optimizing its mailing programs. Demonstrate excellent decision making, organization, planning and problem-solving skills with proven ability to identify, prioritize, and escalate critical issues. Day-to-day tasks & activities: Run Daily Progress (KPI) Reports in Portal: Daily List (Label) Counts for Gross Names Received and Net Names Yielded. Track # Mailers sent for CRM/Sponsor Approval Track # Mailers ready for Print Provide reports for weekly DM Progress Meetings with: Merchandising, Client Relations, & Marketing. Update Mail Tracker report to reflect actual drop dates and mail quantities. Update MTT Tracking report to confirm sponsors have mailed and estimate postage liabilities. Follow-up regularly with CRMs, Merchants, suppliers, and broader team to manage project schedules and deliverables to assure results are delivered on-time. Run weekly response analysis reports on all active mailing campaigns. Coordinate with Operations and other support staff to manage OBD extensions. Update Portal with specific mailing information as needed. Assist in managing and maintaining department calendar. Assist Database Marketing Manager and Database Analystto troubleshoot and resolve production issues and exceptions to expectations.
