Competitive ($140K–$230K) + Benefits

Are you an expert in Analog and Mixed-Signal IC design looking to work on groundbreaking infrared sensor technologies for space, defense, and scientific applications? Join a team at the forefront of innovation and help drive mission-critical projects to success.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Analog Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to lead the development of Read Out Integrated Circuits (ROICs) for high-performance infrared sensors. In this role, you will spearhead design initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the future of advanced sensor systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers specializing in digital and analog mixed-signal IC design.
  • Collaborate with program stakeholders to achieve technical objectives and foster innovation.
  • Conduct and participate in detailed design reviews to ensure performance and quality standards are met.
  • Enhance design processes by promoting IP reuse and implementing advanced methodologies.
  • Manage project workloads and resources to support current and future development initiatives.
  • Work closely with ROIC foundries to optimize fabrication processes and performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MSEE or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital and analog mixed-signal IC design, ideally for infrared ROICs.
  • Expertise in CMOS semiconductor IC design, including full-custom analog layout.
  • Proficiency with deep sub-micron design, parasitic RC delay analysis, signal integrity, and transistor matching.
  • Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Layout L/XL, and verification tools such as Assura and Calibre.
  • Track record of successful tape-outs for high-precision mixed-signal circuits (e.g., PLLs, serializers, DACs, ADCs, precision regulators).
  • ROIC and pixel design experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment both independently and within a team.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: $140K–$230K.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match and an employee stock purchase program.
  • Relocation assistance available.
  • The opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Please Note: Due to project requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
