Job 1: Senior Analog IC Design Engineer

We are currently looking for a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to help shape the future of the next generation advanced communication chips. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team at the forefront of cutting-edge semiconductor design. As a Senior IC Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, simulation, layout, and testing of analog, mixed-signal, and/or RF circuits in advanced CMOS or SOI technologies. You’ll use your analytical mindset and understanding of state-of-the-art circuit topologies to select the most suitable architecture and fine-tune parameters to meet demanding performance specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform experimental verification and debugging of circuits.
  • Integrate complex RF and mixed-signal blocks into complete system-on-chip (SoC) designs.
  • Develop and apply accurate models based on layout extraction and 2D/3D modeling tools to align simulation with silicon measurements.

Location: Flemish Region, Belgium

Candidate Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree (MSEE) with at least 4 years of relevant industrial experience, or a Ph.D. in a related field with demonstrated excellence.
  • Exceptional master’s students may also be considered for junior-level positions.
  • A proven track record of successful silicon implementations with measured results.
  • Strong expertise in CMOS analog, RF, or mm-wave IC design.
  • Hands-on experience with EDA tools such as Cadence Spectre, Virtuoso, or equivalent platforms (e.g., Agilent, Mentor).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator and team player.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Detail-focused, driven, and determined.
  • Willingness to relocate to the region.

Benefits

  • This role offers a unique opportunity to lead innovation at the forefront of mobile chip design. You’ll be surrounded by experts who share your drive for excellence, working together to deliver world-leading solutions.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Continuous opportunities for career advancement and skill development.
  • A dynamic, collaborative environment that fosters innovation and creativity.
  • Access to diverse learning resources and cutting-edge research projects.

Job 2: Principal IC Design Engineer

We are seeking for a Principal IC Design Engineer. The role plays a key part in developing the next generation of mobile phone chips.

This is a senior technical leadership position for a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in RF, analog, or mixed-signal CMOS IC design. You’ll lead by example—architecting, designing, and guiding the development of state-of-the-art integrated circuits while setting a high standard for performance, innovation, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to the design of advanced RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits for cutting-edge mobile products.
  • Analyze and compare circuit topologies, select optimal architectures, and fine-tune parameters to meet stringent performance targets.
  • Act as a technical authority and mentor within a high-performing design team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on architecture, design methodology, and project execution.
  • Drive excellence in circuit performance, layout quality, and design flow optimization.
  • Take responsibility for design reviews, risk assessments, and achieving project milestones.

Location: Flemish Region, Belgium

Candidate Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record (8+ years) in technical team leadership.
  • Strong background in CMOS circuit design, especially in RF/analog/mixed-signal domains.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-performance products in a commercial setting.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and process-conscious.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement in both design and methodology.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to relocate to Belgium is strongly preferred.
