About the Role

As a Senior AI/ML Architect, you’ll lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI/ML systems for real-time face recognition, visual intelligence, and NLP applications. You’ll work with a cutting-edge tech stack, drive architecture decisions, and mentor engineers as part of a high-impact product team delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and drive development of scalable AI/ML platforms for unstructured data (images, video, text)
• Lead implementation of face recognition, object tracking, embedding-based search, and NLP models
• Build high-performance pipelines using Python, FastAPI, asyncio, threading, and HTTPx
• Optimize and deploy models using TensorRT, OpenVINO, and cloud-native approaches
• Implement real-time processing with YOLOFace, InceptionResNetV1, KNN, and DeepSort
• Manage data pipelines and storage with Pickle, PostgreSQL (with indexing), and (future) Redis caching
• Deploy scalable services on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) with Istio Ingress, Azure AD B2C, and full observability
• Monitor and enhance system performance using Serilog, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights
• Research and apply emerging techniques in Generative AI, LangChain, Vector DBs, and RAG architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to product strategy

Required Skills

• Expertise in Python, FastAPI, OpenCV-Python, Scikit-learn
• Strong grasp of Computer Vision, NLP, and unstructured data pipelines
• Experience with asyncio, threading, HTTPx, and scalable API design
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and performance engineering
• Proficient with Git and CI/CD processes

Preferred Skills

• PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers (Hugging Face)
• YOLOFace, InceptionResNetV1, KNN embedding search, DeepSort
• LangChain, Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
• Azure Services: AKS, Azure Monitor, Storage, AD B2C

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Technology, or Applied Mathematics
• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, including 3+ years in a technical leadership or architect position
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver high-scale AI systems into production
