Senior AI Engineer - LLMs

A high-growth startup who leverage Generative AI to revolutionize the real estate sector are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join the team. Their AI-driven platform provides deep insights into market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities, empowering individuals and businesses to make smarter real estate decisions.

As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in developing AI systems that enhance decision-making in real estate. You’ll work at the cutting edge of LLMs and AI Agents, building models that deliver unparalleled market intelligence and automation.

Your role will see you design, train, and optimize state-of-the-art LLMs and AI Agents tailored for real estate insights and decision-making, and you will bridge the gap between AI research and real-world applications, ensuring models are production-ready and continuously improving. You will also develop scalable AI infrastructure, integrating ML models into our high-performance systems.

Experience sought;

• 5+ years in commercial AI/ML Engineering
• Experience deploying LLMs and AI Agents at scale.
• Experience in top-tier engineering and AI organizations (Stripe, Dropbox, Google, Tesla, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, JAX, and experience in building AI pipelines and production systems.

This role is high ownership & high-impact: as an early member of the team you will work on industry-first AI-driven real estate solutions with real-world impact. You will also collaborate with world-class AI and ML engineers from top institutions such as Google and will work closely ith Founders who have exited several prior startups. You will also be at the forefront of LLM research, AI agents, and applied machine learning.
