🔬 Who we are looking for candidate with:  

• 10-12 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years focusing on AI/ML technologies 
• Proven track record of building and leading technical teams (3+ years of leadership experience) 
• Strong hands-on experience with modern AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.) 
• Practical experience applying various AI techniques (NLP, computer vision, generative AI, recommendation systems, etc.) 
• Solid full-stack development background with expertise in at least one modern tech stack 
• Experience taking AI models from experimentation to production environments 
• Advanced proficiency in Python and related data science/ML libraries 
• Deep understanding of ML operations (MLOps) practices and tools 
• Strong software engineering fundamentals including system design, data structures, and algorithms 
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML offerings 
• Working knowledge of containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines 
• Familiarity with modern front-end and back-end technologies 
• Exceptional team building and mentorship abilities 
• Strategic thinking with the ability to prioritize initiatives for maximum impact 
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical 
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity 
• Collaborative approach to working across organizational boundaries 
• Knowledge of caching solutions (e.g., Redis) and messaging queues (e.g., Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ). 
• Proficiency in frontend technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, jQuery, and Angular.

AI Technical Expertise

• Ensure AI models are optimized, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices 
• Stay current with rapidly evolving AI technologies and methodologies, evaluating their potential business applications 

Full-Stack Development Support 

• Provide technical guidance and support for full-stack development initiatives when needed 
• Bridge AI systems with front-end and back-end technologies to create cohesive, production-ready applications 
• Review code, architecture designs, and technical approaches across the development stack 
• Guide integration of AI capabilities into existing products and services 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Work closely with product management, business stakeholders, and other engineering teams to align AI initiatives with business goals 
• Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences 
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure proper data pipelines and infrastructure for AI/ML workloads 
• Partner with operations teams to establish effective monitoring, maintenance, and deployment practices for AI systems. 

Education

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced degrees (Master’s/PhD) in AI/ML or related areas are valued, but not mandatory
• Industry certifications are a plus
