Summary

We are looking for a **System Engineer** that would join our **Next Generation Avionics - Honeywell Anthem** team. You will be responsible for development and testing of **Automatic Flight Control System** . The final Anthem Avionics product will be serving to customers not only in Business, Regional but also Advanced Air Mobility and General Aviation segments. There is an opportunity for you to grow alongside the new product development and experienced team. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home. We are committed to the highest standard in everything we do! **Key responsibilities** + Leading Automatic Flight Control Systems development by team coordination, stakeholder communication, and mentoring other engineers. + Developing and integrating solutions for Honeywell Anthem product and customers. + Requirements definition, design, analysis, model-based development, integration, validation, and verification of Automatic Flight Control Systems and subsystems. + Ownership of certification documentation with adherence to Honeywell procedures, and support for audits. + Working with various engineering disciplines, domestic and international teams, and customers, including ground or flight test activities. **Key skills and qualifications** + BS/MS in relevant fields, 8+ years in system development with a focus on Flight Control systems, and advanced knowledge of cockpit systems and development lifecycle. + Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink, knowledge of DO-178B/C standards, database software, C, and scripting languages like Python. + Strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and experience in planning and team coordination. + Self-starter, motivated, reliable, trustworthy, ethical, and able to work independently and under stress. + Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, willingness to travel, and ability to identify new technological opportunities. **Our offer** + Market-specific training and ongoing personal and professional development with support of experienced principals + Extra-week of holiday, semi-flexible working hours + Benefit portfolio including meal allowance, pension insurance, Benefit Plus Cafeteria program, discounted phone tariff, Multisport card for free or discounted access to sports and leisure facilities, global partnership, and discounts and more. **Equal opportunity statement** We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
