Summary

We are looking for a Senior AdTech Solutions Architect to drive the strategic intake, planning, and implementation of advertising technology initiatives. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless alignment of AdTech capabilities with business goals. In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day. **Responsibilities** **Strategy & Architecture:** + Lead the design and development of integrated adtech solutions, leveraging tools like Conversion Application Programming Interface (CAPI), Pixel, and Clean Room to optimize ad performance and user experience. + Develop and maintain technical roadmaps that align adtech solutions with business objectives and marketing strategies. + Evaluate and recommend technologies for seamless integration of ad tracking, website management, and personalized marketing solutions. + Create detailed technical specifications and architectural diagrams to guide implementation teams in delivering robust solutions. + Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and comply with data privacy regulations and industry best practices. **Implementation & Integration:** + Oversee the end-to-end implementation of adtech solutions, ensuring proper integration of CAPI, Pixel, and Clean Room with existing marketing and analytics systems. + Design and implement website management frameworks to optimize user engagement, personalization, and content delivery. + Lead the setup of tracking frameworks using Pixel and CAPI to improve measurement and performance of digital ad campaigns. + Architect data flows between adtech platforms, website management systems, and analytics tools to enable real-time data-driven decision-making. + Spearhead pilot programs and technical proof-of-concepts to test and validate new tools and technologies within the adtech ecosystem. **Other** + Embody our Culture (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/about/corporate-values) and Values (https://careers.microsoft.com/us/en/culture) **Qualifications** **Required/Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development + OR equivalent experience. + 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. + 2+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). + Experience working with privacy regulations (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)). + Experience in implementing end to end adtech tools like Clean Room, CAPI, and/or data asset management tools. **Additional or Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development + OR equivalent experience. + 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
