Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Admissions Counselor located in Pune(Kharadi & Wakad) . The Senior Admissions Counselor's primary responsibility is to assist both domestic and international students in the enrollment process at Ethan's Tech. This includes responding to inquiries, providing guidance on course selection, assessing applications, and providing advice to students and parents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience in admissions counseling or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficient in leadsquared and knowledge of CRM systems
• Ability to work with a diverse student body and international students.
